Pilates with PilaTherapy

At PilaTherapy we believe that Pilates is appropiate and feasible for every body.  We provide Pilates based exercise that can be adjusted for every population and underlying condition. 

  • Back Pain: Pilates can ease the stress on your spine by building a stronger core

  • Athlete: Pilates can increase performance by strengthening smaller accessory muscles and creating a central power house that will translate to your sport

  • Neurological Conditions: Using dynamic resistance and can help manage and reduce the effects of tone, spasticity or weakness associated with neurological conditions

  • Pre and postpartum: Pilates is an excellent way to continue to move throughout your pregnancy and to facilitate the return to your pre baby body
